The Eastern European Edition is a collection of the postcode and administrative map sets for all Eastern European countries (maps are also available for separate purchase). Maps are based on geographic coordinates (WG 84) and are updated annually. Map layers fit together seamlessly and provide gapless, comprehensive coverage. Further details on map set contents are given below.
Postcode boundaries for the countries contained in the edition are provided from the one- to five-digit levels. Two-digit postcode boundaries are provided for a small number of countries. Note that Albania does not have postcodes.
All administrative boundaries are provided for the countries included in the edition. In most cases, municipal boundaries are also included.
Map layers feature cities (organized by number of inhabitants), urban areas, rail networks, streets, elevation levels, rivers and lakes, among others.
