America Edition
The America Edition contains maps for all countries belonging to the American continent. Maps are also available for separate purchase. Maps are based on geographic coordinates (WGS 84) and are regularly updated. Map layers fit together seamlessly and provide comprehensive, gapless coverage. Further details are given below.
America - zip code maps
Postcode boundaries are provided at varying levels of detail. The Canada map set provides coverage for three-digit postcodes, while the USA map set offers coverage of five-digit postcodes (i.e. ZIP codes).
America - administrative maps
Administrative boundaries are provided for all maps included in the edition. In the case of the USA, boundaries are provided for a wide range of administrative units, from states and counties to census tracts and census block groups.
America - topographic maps
Map layers depict cities (organized by number of inhabitants), urban areas, streets, rivers and lakes, among others.
