Market and real estate appraisals
We carry out itemized appraisals for real estate objects and portfolios for corporations and other businesses. These appraisals adhere to guidelines set out by the IFRA/IAS (International Financing Reporting Standards/ International Accounting Standard).
These appraisals are prepared in cooperation with our trusted partners using the discounted cash flow method. Naturally, all information related to the real estate objects/portfolio in question is held in the strictest confidence.
Much more than a mere price appraisal
In addition to revealing market value, our appraisals rate real estate object(s) according to several criteria, including their
- Drawing power (e.g., quality of the object, macro-/micro-location, competition situation)
- Risk level (e.g., location-, object- and renter-specific risk factors)
- Profitability (relationship between the investment expenditure and the break-even threshold).
These criteria are assessed for each individual real estate object as well as the portfolio. The rating system ranges from AAA (superb) to E- (very poor), providing a transparent and insightful evaluation of the relative values underlying the overall assessment.
